Jorga serves as the Executive Director at The Pinnacle of Southaven, bringing over 22 years of nursing experience to the community. Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings including home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice, and memory care. She has also held leadership roles in sales, regional operations, and executive positions at organizations such as Brookdale and Baptist.

Jorga’s passion for serving seniors began early in her career and has remained at the heart of everything she does. From her very first clinical rotation in a nursing home, she felt an immediate connection to older adults and has dedicated her life to ensuring they receive the respect, care, and dignity they deserve. She often says, “We celebrate youth, but the elderly have so much to celebrate too.”

Outside of work, Jorga loves swimming and spending time near the water and beach — her favorite place to relax and recharge.

Known for her open-door policy and problem-solving approach, Jorga welcomes residents, families, and staff to connect with her at any time. Her office is located just inside the front double doors, and she can be reached at 662-349-9043 for any questions or support.

Alexis Paugh serves as the Sales & Administrative Assistant at The Pinnacle of Southaven. Since joining the community in October 2021 as a caregiver, Alexis has grown into a vital member of the leadership team — combining a strong work ethic with a genuine passion for senior care.

Her journey at The Pinnacle began during her formative years, and she credits her experience here with shaping both her career and her deep appreciation for the importance of compassion, companionship, and support in the lives of older adults.

In her current role, Alexis assists the management team and plays a key part in welcoming new residents and families, helping them discover the exceptional care, environment, and team that make The Pinnacle feel like home. Whether she’s giving a tour, lending a listening ear, or bringing a little extra joy to the day, Alexis approaches her work with heart and dedication.

She is honored to hold her position and remains committed to sharing the love and energy that first brought her to the community.
